Project Description

BBD assisted with the feasibility of this project prior to our Client purchasing the property and then gained planning approval and provided detailed design drawings for the conversion of a former Victorian school into offices for a leading specialist roofing contractor while splitting off two additional office units to be separately let.

The project included the external refurbishment of dilapidated section of the building, demolishing poorly built extensions and construction of new extensions to the rear as well as a full internal refurbishment and upgrade.

The end result is a beautifully refurbished Victorian building providing a base for businesses in the North West.
